Hey guys so im not sure if I am suppose to put a title on my personal a header (with your name, LSAC number, and “Personal Statement 1 (page number)”), but I don't think you should have a special title for your statement. I put it on my writing sample of course. Im going to fix the problem for the fifth application. Three of the schools do not specify explicitly to do so. You shouldn't submit the same personal statement to multiple different schools, just changing the school and program names. Even though the application committee won't know this for sure, they'll get a sense that the whole statement is just a little too generic.
